General Information

Climb, swing and zip through the trees at TreeTrails Adventures in Mystic, CT! The park offers exhilarating treetop climbing for ages 7 – adult as well as KidTrails adventures for ages 4 – 7. On both attractions, guests navigate zip lines, suspended bridges, rope ladders, and aerial challenges using state-of-the-art climbing gear. The park is open March – November with day and nighttime climbs. If you’d like general admission tickets, book here. If you want to climb outside our normal operating schedule, don’t sweat it! *Prices listed are for advance reservations, which are highly encouraged. While we do accept walk-ins, the same-day ticket price is higher. We work diligently to get walk-ins into the trees as quickly as possible.

DIRECTIONS

Located just off the I-95 Allyn Road Exit at 715 Noank Ledyard Road in Mystic, CT. 

  • 5 minutes from downtown Mystic 
  • 15 minutes from the Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods casinos
  • Drive down long driveway past open gate
  • Park to the left of the white check-in trailer (bus-parking only to the right)

Park Rules & What to Wear

PARK REQUIREMENTS
  • Climbers must weigh more than 45 lbs and less than 265 lbs
  • Climbers in the Main Park must have a minimum reach of 65 inches
  • Climbers must understand and accept the risks involved with activity participation
  • Tie back long hair and secure clothing or objects that could get caught in ropes or ziplines
  • Climbers must be wearing closed toed shoes (NO CROCS ALLOWED) in order to climb or throw axes
  • Wear harness as the outer most layer of clothing (no sweatshirts/hoodies over harnesses)
  • Climbers must attend a safety briefing before climbing UNLESS a season pass holder
  • We require first-time guests to start on a yellow or green leveled course
  • Consult with your physician before participating if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or other serious health conditions, or if you are unsure of your physical ability.
PARK POLICIES
  • Don’t climb or zip line if under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Don’t smoke or vape in harness or on Tree Trails property
  • Don’t sit by the fire in your harness.
  • Don’t share your harness, or remove your harness without staff help
  • Carry out all objects that you bring into the park, and throw away trash
  • Anything you bring up onto the courses is your responsibility (guests have lost and dropped items before)
  • Adhere to directions and instructions given by staff members and posted signs
  • Do not drag our harness in the mulch (please take care of our equipment)

Tree Trails Adventures operates with a 3 Strike Rule. If our staff feels as though it is unsafe to have you on our courses or on our park grounds, whether you are endangering yourself or others, they reserve the right to remove you from our courses.

WEATHER POLICY
  • In the event of extreme weather conditions such as lightning or high winds, we cannot operate the park safely, so you may be asked to evacuate the courses. In this instance we would offer rain checks to be used at a later date or reschedule your climb for you.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact our team for assistance. We can reschedule your adventure, provide you with an account credit, or if deemed necessary a refund. This account credit never expires and can be used for concessions, merchandise, or for a future climb. You can use the total value of account credit for one visit or multiple visits. If you do not cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time, we cannot provide you with a monetary refund. Group reservations may be subject to other policies and will be discussed when making your reservation with our group sales team.
